the staff was friendly i guess.

The room service took forever, even for simple orders. it usually took more than an hour for anything to arrive, and when it did, the order was often wrong. also, the gym was small and overcrowded. It only had a few machines, and they were all in constant use.

I really enjoyed my four-night stay. my management suite had a balcony. I liked this feature a lot. the hotel also had a self-service laundry facility. This was very convenient. staff offered great service. This helped.

I noticed some wear and tear. the room designs seemed basic and looked used. I saw scratches on the table. it felt more like an airbnb than a proper hotel. i expected better for a five-star hotel.

the room was fantastic. i really liked the space for my things. the walk-in closet was super useful to leave my bags separate from the main area. breakfast was awesome too (especially the pastries!).

there wasn't anyone at the door to assist with my luggage. the lobby felt quite small and crowded sometimes. also, i wasn't able to adjust the air conditioning in the room. the shower pressure was weak (which wasn't ideal).
