The hotel features two distinct dining options. FACIL Restaurant holds two Michelin stars and serves lunch Monday-Friday and dinner Monday-Friday in a glass-enclosed rooftop garden surrounded by bamboo. Chef Michael Kempf creates dishes focusing on few components with one key ingredient. QIU Bar & Restaurant offers business lunch from €19 and dinner daily until 10 PM, with a terrace overlooking Potsdamer Platz. The ONO Spa occupies the entire 11th floor with 600 m² of wellness facilities. It features Germany's only Iyashi Dôme infrared wellness couch for detoxification, an infrared sauna, Kneipp offer, and 24-hour fitness area with Technogym equipment.
